The combined course for the General Visual Line of Sight Certificate (GVC) and the A2 Certificate of Competency (A2 CofC) caters to both beginners and current drone pilots. This comprehensive course equips you with the latest knowledge and skill sets mandated by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA). These qualifications are essential for operating drones safely and in compliance with regulations within either the Open category (low risk) or specific category (increased risk). 

Your course will consist of 2 days theory, encompassing 9 essential modules, and 2 days of flying, followed by a Flight Skills Assessment on the final day.

Description

Our Zeta course offers a comprehensive solution for acquiring the essential qualifications needed to operate a drone weighing over 250g within either the Open or Specific Category. These qualifications are mandatory for all drone operators, ensuring compliance with regulations. By completing our combined course, you become eligible to apply for an Operational Authorisation in the Specific category upon successful completion of the Flight Skills Assessment. This unique blend of qualifications not only meets regulatory requirements but also prioritises the safety and compliance of drone pilots during their operations.
