Senior IT Technician

We’re looking for an experienced and proactive IT professional who thrives on solving complex technical challenges and is ready to play a key role in shaping and securing our technology environment.

This senior hands-on role will be responsible for maintaining and developing EEI’s IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365 environment, network services and cyber security controls, ensuring our technology remains secure, resilient and capable of supporting continued business growth.

The successful candidate will act as the senior escalation point for technical issues, lead cyber security and compliance initiatives, and drive continuous improvement across our IT services. From Microsoft 365 administration and infrastructure management to Cyber Essentials Plus and ISO 27001 activities, this role offers the opportunity to make a real impact across the organisation.

Working closely with colleagues, stakeholders and external partners, the Senior IT Technician will help deliver reliable and secure technology solutions while contributing to EEI’s long-term technology and cyber security strategy.
