 We’re seeking an enthusiastic RPAS Engineering Technician Co-ordinator to join our growing Aerospace & Engineering team in Lincoln.

 This is an exciting early-career opportunity to work with cutting-edge drone technology, supporting the maintenance, airworthiness and development of advanced Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems (RPAS).

 You’ll gain hands-on experience across mechanical, electrical and avionics systems while working alongside experienced engineers, aviation professionals and military veterans.

 Through structured mentoring and development, you’ll build the skills and experience needed to progress within the aerospace sector.

 We’re looking for candidates with a qualification in Aerospace, Aircraft Engineering or a related discipline who are eager to learn, develop and help shape the future of aviation.

Security Requirements

Due to the nature of elements of the roles, the successful applicant must be a UK National and may be required to successfully complete National Security Vetting which may require criminal record, security service and credit reference checks; qualification will also normally require a minimum UK residency of at least 5 years.
